Tracy Quartermaine

Tracey Quartermaine contributes her life experience to help and education her Black Transgender Community on the barries that prevent trans people of color from living a productive life. Tracey is a gatekeeper to the LGBTQI community both local and nationally and is surviving the corrupted system of oppression daily.
